The brief
Storespine is a SaaS platform that brings social media management, customer relationship management, email marketing and AI-powered content creation together in one place.
Businesses often rely on separate tools for social media scheduling, lead management, email marketing and content creation. That duplicates information and makes it hard to keep a clear view of marketing and of each customer.
The aim was one accessible platform that brings these together, while staying flexible, secure and able to grow.

Seven social platforms
OAuth connections with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube: plan, schedule and publish from one dashboard, with no API keys to configure.
Email marketing and automation
Campaigns, audience segments, automated sequences and engagement tracking, connected directly to the CRM.
AI-powered content
Marketing content, ideas and social captions, with a choice of OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Mistral.
Dashboard and analytics
One workspace for social activity, CRM records, campaigns and performance data, so there's no switching between applications.
Backend and database
Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma, bringing the core services together with secure data handling.
Subscriptions and payments
Stripe billing for the subscription model, with service tiers and the features each one includes.
Security and access
OAuth sign-in, encrypted token storage, role-based access and careful handling of data.
