Questions
How long does a website take?
Most sites take around four weeks from kick-off. Priority builds of about two weeks are available when we have space.
What happens after I order?
You fill in a short questionnaire about styles, colours and purpose. We prepare design options before our first meeting, then you get two rounds of changes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your site is independently hosted on a domain you own, with no platform lock-in.
Is hosting included?
The first year of premium hosting, SSL and CDN is included. After that, hosting is renewed yearly or included in a care plan.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We’re not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay a 50% deposit to book your slot and the rest when the site goes live.
